We enrich string education in North Carolina through our AllState String Orchestra ASTACAP Solo Competitions Scholarship Opportunities and Professional Development Workshops. One of the greatest strengths of NCASTA is the scope of our membership. We not only serve private and public school educators but our organization services private studio teachers of all string instruments including Suzuki teachers professional amateur chamber musicians performing symphony musicians and university instructors.
