Saving Georgia Dogs, Inc. was founded in 2006, because of the great numbers of animals killed in the state of Georgia. We are an all volunteer-based animal welfare group, focused on promoting spay and neuter throughtout the state to help end the pet overpopulation problem. We want to help ensure the proper treatment of all animals in Georgia by helping end inhumane euthanization methods, and to educate others on the plight of these animals. We save dogs from high kill shelters, with a focus on rural areas.
