It was established in 2007 by Walter and Anne Henegar with the mission to plant a church on Atlanta's Westside. The church is centered on the principles of historic Christianity, particularly emphasizing the authority of the Bible and the centrality of the Gospel.

- 2018: Purchased and renovated the current building at 1255 Collier.
- 2023: Completed the construction of the front half of the building, doubling the church's footprint.
