LUCE About Us At LUCE INC Latinos Unidos en el Camino a la Excelencia we are committed to empowering Hispanic immigrant families in Louisville by providing the essential support they need to thrive. Through our mentorship programs we guide Latino youth through academic and social challenges with a particular focus on those experiencing housing instability. We ensure they receive the educational support and resources necessary for success fostering leadership confidence and a sense of belonging. We offer life skills training and apprenticeships for adults preparing them for meaningful careers.
