Our mission is to build a regenerative and equitable food system with the Martha’s Vineyard community ISLAND GROWN INITIATIVE IS A NON-PROFIT BASED ON MARTHA'S VINEYARD WITH A MISSION TO BUILD A REGENERATIVE AND EQUITABLE FOOD SYSTEM THAT ENGAGES, INFORMS, AND INTERATES THE COMMUNITY. THERE THREE STRATEGIC GOALS: L. INCREASE LOCAL FOOD PRODUCTION, 2. REDUCE AND REDIRECT FOOD WASTE, AND 3. EXPAND ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOOD FOR ALL INSLANDERS.
