Curling in Albany, NY dates back to the year 1866. The current club was established in 1955. We are a two sheet club with approximately 160 members. We are a non-profit organization, dedicated to promoting the sport of curling: a game of skill, strategy and good sportsmanship for people of all ages. Provides a place for athletic activity for approximately 150 members. Promotes the sport of curling through recruitment of new curlers, providing instruction, education and a place to curl. Works with various community groups (schools, boy and girl scouts, local colleges) to introduce the sport of curling.
