THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF AND TO CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF MLR AS A 509(A)(3) SUPPORT ORGANIZATION.
