ALSO PROVIDES AN OUTLET FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WHO WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS THEIR CREATIVITY OR INTERESTS. KLTV OPERATES IN A COOPERATIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH COMCAST AND FUNDING JURISDICTIONS TO FACILITATE OPEN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND CITIZENS, RESIDENTS AND THEIR NEIGHBORS, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
