“Third Thursday Biography Breakfast” will meet on May 15, 2025, at 8:00 am in Christine’s Cafe, downtown Waynesboro. The event is open to the public; but reservations are required, and all attendees must order breakfast and settle directly with the restaurant. Please make your reservations no later than noon on Tuesday, May 13. The subject of the round-table discussion will be Katherine (Hassler) Adams Baird (1910–1988), a lifelong resident of Waynesboro who was active in civic and church affairs. She is shown above (oval) with other ladies in costume during Waynesboro’s Sesquicentennial in 1947. The subject of the June TTBB will be Harry C.
