CHANGE THE EQUATION'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT EVERY U.S. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE IS LITERATE IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATH (STEM). THE ORGANIZATION HELPS TO ENGAGE YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR, LOW-MINORITY STUDENTS, IN STEM LEARNING THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO SUCCEED IN POST- SECONDARY EDUCATION, HOLD REWARDING JOBS, AND PARTICIPATE FULLY AS CITIZENS.
