IMANU RAISES FUNDS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT TAX LAW. AT THE INITIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING, HELD ON SEPTEMBER 28,2006, IT WAS RESOLVED TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE AID & SERVICES TO PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY HANDICAPPED/DISABLED PERSONS.
