Home - Arizona Cancer Foundation Welcome to Arizona Foundation for Cancer formerly Arizona Oncology Foundation. The Arizona Foundation for Cancer Resource Center is open Monday through Thursday from 900 AM to 500 PM and Friday from 900 AM to 100 PM. We are located at 2625 N Craycroft Rd. Suite 215.
