Our work is rooted in the belief that we all play a role in helping children achieve their full potential. We understand the importance of working with and supporting children's families and communities - where they live, play, and go to school. ConnectFamilias has an expansive cross-sector partner network working together with parents to co-design equitable solutions for their families and communities.
