Project Intersect existsto prepare Speech Language Pathology Leaders at the Intersection of Research and Practice in CSD and Special Education to Advance the Next Generation of School Speech Language Pathology. Project INTERSECT prepares future PhDtrained speech language pathology leaders with an emphasis on understanding special education climate policiesand procedures. Project INTERSECT scholars develop skills related to post secondary instruction leadership and research with support for travel collaboration and high quality learning experiences embedded in public schools. The TCUVUSDSU collaboration is uniquely qualified to prepare exemplary SLP Leaders with strong networks and resources.
