Woods supports individuals with Special Needs including #Autism, #BrainInjury, #DevelopmentalDisabilities & #PraderWilli The Woods Services Foundation is the fundraising arm of Woods Services, Inc. (otherwise known as Woods Resources & Affiliates). The Woods Services Foundation qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as an organization that is not a private foundation as defined in Section 509(a) of the Code. Funds raised by the Woods Services Foundation are used to cover the gap between fee-for-service revenue and services Woods cannot be reimbursed for, such as recreational activities, capital improvements, strategic initiatives, and other programs that enhance the quality of life for Woods’ clients.
