This weekend, we were proud to join Sister to Sister International’s Day of Action, Education & Recognition 2025 in New Rochelle — a powerful gathering focused on Building Resilient Futures: Holistic Approaches to Mental Health, Justice & Economic Empowerment. Among so many inspiring speakers and changemakers, our very own Corine Lurry-Mabin was honored for her leadership and for making Andrus an outstanding Community Partner. The event featured transformative conversations — including a financial fireside chat with the co-creators of earn your leisure and authors of You Deserve to Be Rich — as well as deep dives into the intersection of mental health and racial justice.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, #AAMFT is hosting a LinkedIn Live panel on the growing mental health crisis among children and teens. With rising rates of anxiety, depression and stress, it’s more important than ever for families, therapists and communities to come together in support.
