To develop and promote youth education, recreation, athletic and social programs within the Quaker Valley School District to combat delinquency, lessen neighborhood tensions, and eliminate prejudice and discrimination; improve community relations; to provide assistance to youth.

We depend on usage fees and personal donations for major maintenance and development of facilities.
