Amherst County Lions Club Amherst County Lions Club We Serve The Amherst County Lions Club is dedicated to service and helping those less fortunate in our community. Every year all year long the Amherst County Lions Club provides for local eyesight care. This effort involves eye screening at the Amherst County schools which follow up requests for eye exams and glasses. Every dollar that is donated by individuals and companies in the community is returned to the community through these efforts.
