WABG's mission is to foster, promote, maintain, and encourage the civic, social, residential, commercial, and industrial welfare of the Windsor Area through cooperation among property owners and tenants, as well as practices which enhance the desirability of the Windsor Areas to the public. WABG will preserve, protect, and enhance the historic character of the Windsor Area.
