THE COALITION'S PURPOSE IS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND CONDUCT RESEARCH AND ADVOCACY AROUND WATER RESOURCES (DRINKING WATER, WASTE WATER, AND STORM WATER) STEWARDSHIP TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION AND APPLICABLE LAW, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
