Partners for Sacred Places helps congregations and others with a stake in older religious properties make the most of them as civic assets. Partners for Sacred Places, founded in 1989, is the only national non-sectarian nonprofit organization focused on building the capacity of congregations with older and historic sacred places to better serve their communities as anchor institutions, nurturing transformation and shaping vibrant, creative communities.

A leader in the nonprofit field for over 30 years Partners provides research training grants such as the National Fund for Sacred Places and Arts in Sacred Places and oneonone coaching and support to give congregations and civic leaders the tools they need to keep sacred places at the heart of their communities.
