Common Threadz

CommonThreadz is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is working to build awareness and inspire giving for philanthropic initiatives that help change the world for the better. We enable you to submit your own ideas for projects that will make a difference and then vote on which ones will be acted upon and receive the support of CommonThreadz' fundraising and awareness campaigns. We like to think of it as "community-generated philanthropy." Throughout the entire process, the CommonThreadz community is integral to the success of each project and helps to spread the word and to inspire others to participate and give to the project. Once we have successfully reached the goal for each winning project, the community votes on a new project to initiate. CommonThreadz collaborates with other leading nonprofits that are working in the area of each project to help accomplish the project's goal. Currently, each project must has a funding requirement of no more than $25,000 and be in one of the following categories: 1) The Environment & Wildlife 2) Health 3) Arts & Culture 4) Human Services 5) Education
