We are so proud of our 16 seniors who recently participated in the Jerusalem Marathon this past Friday! Participating in the marathon was not part of the original Neshama program, but when the group showed their passion and commitment, GOA made sure everyone who wanted to participate had the opportunity. In total, 16 seniors took on the challenge running the 5K, 10K and half marathon! Alex L., Matthew S., Jesse S. and Ari J. ran the half marathon as part of the Ariel Center's team. A special shoutout to Alex who raised $2,500 for the Ariel Center to support the construction of a sports facility in the south to help those in the region cope with trauma since 10/7.
