Philipstown Soccer Club Communityled Youth Soccer in Philipstown New York Philipstown Soccer Club is a communityled nonprofit youth soccer program serving families in Cold Spring Garrison and Putnam Valley Affiliated with Our Mission Philipstown Soccer Club PSC provides opportunities for boys and girls ages 6 and up to play soccer in a fun respectful and supportive environment. PSC has both inhouse and travel teams for the fall and spring seasons as well as running indoor training sessions in the winter. Parents serve as coaches and managers and the Club hires professional trainers to help our players develop. PSC is part of the Hudson Valley Youth Soccer League HVYSL and hosts games at Philipstown Park in Garrison New York.
