MASSB Foundation
The MASSB Foundation complements the efforts of Maryland-based Departments of Social Services by providing financial assistance for needs that are not governmentally funded. The Foundation is comprised entirely of volunteers who serve on local boards in each of Maryland’s 23 counties. Together, the boards assist thousands of Marylanders each year through the Foundation’s programs which help to prevent homelessness and improve self-sufficiency for vulnerable individuals and families. Donors have the security of knowing that their funds are being spent locally, and with little to no overhead expense. Nearly 100% of all donations go directly to individuals and families residing within the respective county of each donor.
