The Mohawk Towpath Scenic Byway Coalition, Inc. oversees the implementation of the Byway Corridor Management Plan and consists of the Cities of Cohoes and Schenectady; Towns of Clifton Park, Colonie, Glenville, Halfmoon, Niskayuna and Waterford; and the Villages of Scotia and Waterford.
