Richards Alumnae Association. The Harriet E. Richards Cooperative House of Boston University was founded in 1928. H.E.R. House continues to provide low-cost housing & services to a highly diverse group of undergraduate students who would otherwise be unable to afford on-campus living arrangements.  100% of donations to HERAA go directly to scholarships, living stipends & upkeep of our historic residence. We serve 24 undergraduate students each semester on a year-round basis. Students are provided comfortable rooms, full meals, creative activities, academic guidance & mentorship services. Current & former beneficiaries of the Cooperative are forever welcomed into the rich history of "the HER House." Alumni fellowship & mentorship programs are offered on an ongoing basis.
