Windsor County Youth Services of VT | VT Coalition of Runaway & Homeless Youth Programs About Windsor County Youth Services of VT WCYS Focused solely on helping these young kids. All over America many young kids are faced with pains and troubles that are unsolvable without the compassionate support of others. Sadly not only is this happening in urban areas but also in the small rural towns of Vermont. In Windsor County handfuls of young adults and kids are faced with violence homelessness substance abuse and unsafe living environments.
