Our vision: Strengthening the economy by improving the quality of life in southwestern Pennsylvania. Since its inception in 1983, PIC has provided services to over 75,000 individuals. Initially formed to operate the Federal Jobs Program, the organization has diversified its services to include over two dozen programs in three divisions: Early Childhood Development, Education, and Workforce Development.
