The PASSHE Womens Consortium View Reports and Newsletters here Established in 1980 the Womens Consortium is a distinctive professional network within the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. Comprising faculty staff students and administrators from fourteen campuses the consortium addresses issues impacting women in higher education local campuses and communities. Become A Member Our Annual Conference Our Campuses What We Do The PASSHE Womens Consortium the Consortium is the only organization within the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education PASSHE that acts on behalf of all women faculty staff administrators and students. The Consortium meets with the Chancellor regularly to identify address and monitor the concerns of women from across fourteen campuses.
