We are a NYS registered Shelter/Rescue-No. RR181. Our mission is to ensure the safety of all animals. We work diligently to prevent cruelty to animals and prevent companion animal overpopulation. The Mission of the Finger Lakes SPCA of Central New York is to provide temporary care and find adoptive homes for companion animals. We are a no-kill shelter dedicated to reducing overpopulation of dogs and cats through the provision of low-cost spay/neuter clinics and the prevention of suffering and cruelty to all animals through education and humane law enforcement.
