The Community Service Council was founded in 1978 to provide affordable counseling to residents in the areas of housing, financial and clinical counseling. we work in conjunction with other area agencies to prevent foreclosure/evictions, establish good budget practices, and provide clinical counseling such as marital, anger management, depression, divorce,etc.
