DI'MANS, Inc. was formed to establish a positive, proactive force in the fight against juvenile crime and juvenile delinquency. DI'MANS is an acronym for (1) Douglas, my son and oldest child, and Iman, like the model, my daughter; and the (2) Developmental Intervention Model for the Assessment of Neighborhood Systems. The goal of DI'MANS, Inc. is to bring adults dedicated to positively shaping future generations together to assist disadvantaged youth in becoming productive citizens as adults.
