Centro Las Olas English Welcome. Centro Las Olas is a high quality preschool program in Spanish. Our classroom is a rich environment for wondering communicating relating and growing. Our program located in San Franciscos Mission neighborhood is open five mornings a week and we have a variety of parent participation options available.
