The purpose of the Fund is to pay veterinary expenses for injured or sick feral and stray cats that are being fed daily by caretakers. Many times the good Samaritan who feeds feral or stray cats cannot afford veterinary care if they become injured or sick. Sadly, a slow painful death may be the outcome for some of these kitties. The Fallen Angel Fund is trying to meet that financial need. By providing funds for veterinary care, many of these cats are enabled to recover and live a good life. The Fallen Angel Fund is designed for very quick response so the caretaker knows almost immediately if the cat qualifies for financial assistance. If so, we have resources through Partner Vets to get these cats in rapidly for life saving evaluation, and the medication, treatment or surgery needed.
