The mission of SYESA is to coach struggling youth through the obstacles in life that they face through empowerment, support and guiding them into successful adulthood. We pair each struggling youth with a successful adult mentor; through evolutionary and innovative services we coach them through the steps of leading their life into a positive direction.SYESA believes that success is defined as the outcome in which an individual has established both a positive personal and professional life, as well as healthy and steady relationships. SYESA believes that success is also portrayed through one’s ability to master conflicts they face and the ability to demonstrate respect and self-sufficiency.
