CARC is a nonprofit social service agency, based in Asbury Park. With offices in Freehold, Lakewood, & Keyport NJ that provides a wide variety of services and programs to the community. OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER THE COMMUNITY AND STRENGTHEN YOUTH AND FAMILIES BY PROMOTING SELF-SUFFICIENCY THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND COLLABORATION.

Homelessness Prevention The Homelessness Prevention program provides support for individuals and families relocating or those at risk of homelessness to avoid eviction and remain stably housed.
