We provide three-wheeled, off-road wheelchairs, operated by hand power, and at no cost, to underserved disabled people who live in developing countries and who have no appropriate means of mobility by: (1) operating a manufacturing site to construct Mobility Carts; (2) educating the public about the great need of disabled and disadvantaged persons; (3) raising funds to support the construction and delivery of the wheelchairs; and (4) disseminating the wheelchairs to the applicants through international agencies or sponsors.
