Kitnapping hurts kittens. It's so tempting to scoop up tiny kittens found alone, but taking them too soon -kitnapping- can be life-threatening. Most of the time, mom is nearby andwill return. Mother cats often leave their kittens for several hours to find food-this is normal and necessary. The best place for kittens is with their mom. She provides warmth, food and critical care that humans just can't match. If you truly confirm that mom is gone and the kittens are in danger we're incredibly grateful for our amazing bottle baby fosters who step up when needed. When in doubt, don't take - watch and wait.
