The Northeast Arkansas Children's Advocacy Center (NEACAC) is committed to offering victims of child abuse and neglect, and their families, safety from trauma, while providing advocacy and empowerment to prevent future victimizations. The NEACAC provides a child-friendly environment for coordinating the efforts of the police, prosecutors and treatment specialists with the goals of renewal, prevention and education.
