TO MAINTAIN THE HIDDEN VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PROPERTY WHICH CONSISTS OF 20 MOBILE HOME LOTS. THE LOTS MAY ONLY BE OCCUPIED BY TENANTS WITH INCOME NO GREATER THAN 80% OF THE AVERAGE MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME IN THURSTON COUNTY AT THE TIME OF INITAL OCCUPANCY. RENTS ARE SUBJECT TO FUND GUIDELINES.
