The Learning Center is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, providing instruction, tutoring, alternative learning programs, counseling, training, and scholarships to adolescents for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities and educational potential, and improving the level of educational attainment in rural communities of Southwest Virginia.
