Pudyek Cell’s Water Struggle In Pudyek Cell, a bustling community just outside Gulu City, finding clean water was an everyday struggle. Families had no choice but to rely on a stagnant hand-dug waterhole, sharing it with livestock. There was one borehole well in the area, but it sat on private land.
