After seven years of dedicated service, we announce the resignation of our Executive Director, Karalee Bradshaw. Karalee first joined COVE as a passionate advocate and, through her commitment and leadership, became a guiding force in our mission to support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Her time at COVE has been marked by deep compassion, quiet strength, and a philosophy centered on survivor empowerment. Karalee brought humility and an unwavering love for those we serve, helping to shape our programs into safe, healing spaces where survivors are heard, believed, and supported. We will truly miss her presence, her knowledge, and the care she brought to every aspect of her work. While we are sad to see her go, we are filled with gratitude for the time we shared and are excited for her new journeys in life. She leaves behind a lasting impact.
