Philadelphia City Rowing FUTURES ARE LAUNCHED HERE Together were creating a diverse equitable and transformative environment for Philadelphias youth to define and build their future. BRINGING PHILADELPHIA PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS OUT OF THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS AND ONTO THE SCHUYLKILL RIVER. PCR is the only youth development organization in Philadelphia to offer free comprehensive rowing programs that combine academic support mentorship teambuilding and wellness education. our mission PCR creates a unique comprehensive and free afterschool enrichment experience for young people in the school district of Philadelphia by offering a mix of competitive rowing academic mentorship and wellness education.
