THE ARKANSAS RAZORBACK ROADHOGS, INC. (ARRI) IS AN ORGANIZATION COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS AND COUPLES WHO OWN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND WHO ELECT TO SUPPORT THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AND THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS ATHLETIC PROGRAMS BY PURCHASING TICKETS TO ATHLETIC EVENTS AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS RAZORBACK FOUNDATION. ARRI IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT 1159 WEST 15TH STREET, FAYETTEVILLE, AR (ROAD HOG PARK). ARRI MAINTAINS AND MAKES PERIODIC IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARK FROM FUNDS DERIVED FROM THE MEMBER'S ONE-TIME PAYMENT FOR A PARKING SITE, ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES AND THE PARKING FEES CHARGED TO MEMBERS OF ARRI. PARKING FEES CHARGED TO NON-MEMBER VISITORS ARE ALSO UTILIZED IN SUSTAINING THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARK. NONE OF THE MEMBERSHIP DUES AND PARKING FEES INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY ENTITY OTHER THAN THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS.
