🌟 Advancing the Allyship Agenda: Engaging Men as Allies in Gender Equity Work 📍 Hosted by The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School Gender and Work Initiative This week, our CEO, Gary Barker, PhD, and our Senior Director of Research, Evaluation, and Learning, Taveeshi Gupta, PhD, had the honor of presenting at the Advancing the Allyship Agenda conference — an inspiring event that brought together researchers, practitioners, nonprofits, and advocacy groups committed to transforming the conversation on gender equity. 💬✨ Far too often, gender equity initiatives focus solely on women, unintentionally leaving men out of the conversation.
