Masonic Village at Burlington – The Best Retirement Community and Nursing Home in NJ The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CMS has revised QSO2039NH which addresses Nursing Home Visitation COVID19. CMS has indicated that facilities can now allow indoor visitation for all residents at all times. We are no longer required to limit the length of visits or require advance scheduling of visits. We have changed our ResidentFamily hotline phone number for community updates to 609 5894005.
