Beyond Our Walls at BOWs Meeting Place
Beyond Our Walls (BOWs) provides services as a free Neighborhood Learning Center and Activity Center supporting families with children who qualify to receive free or reduced lunches at school. Strongly support "Parents on the Move". To provide a neighborhood learning center for school-age children served by Title I (federally subsidized) public schools, especially in areas experiencing underperformance in academic, behavior and social skills. We provide a positive volunteer team of parents and neighbors to assist in scheduled activities and sponsored events to improve skills, lessen the dependence on government programs, thwart neighborhood tensions, prevent community deterioration, and deter juvenile delinquency.
