This corporation is organized for the purpose of conducting a ministry and any legal activity conducted by non-profit corporations under the laws of the State of Georgia of America. More specifically, but without reservation or restriction, this corporation shall be organized and operated exclusively for religious and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, or any superseding section.
